Description
GATOR BLOCK BOND ADHESIVE is one of the strongest polyurethane adhesives on the market. It is especially formulated for bonding concrete, natural stones, blocks, bricks and pavers. GATOR BLOCK BOND ADHESIVE is intended to provide a permanent bond to approved materials such as artificial turf. GATOR BLOCK BOND ADHESIVE can be used on dry or humid surfaces. Drying times vary depending on factors such as humidity, porosity, temperature and materials bonded together.

*Boxes / Pallets have to be stored inside. Store in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight. The inside storage unit has to be heated during the winter. Storing at elevated temperatures will reduce shelf life.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Wear gloves during application of adhesive; once cured, material cannot be removed.
- Not intended for applications with continuous submersion.
- If adhesion to a substrate is questionable, a test application must be conducted.
- To ensure optimal adhesion, make sure that the concrete or stone surfaces are clean and free of any foreign matter.
- Material may be repositioned for up to 30 minutes without losing bond strength. Moisture will shorten the open time of polyurethane adhesives. Avoid use when raining or onto standing water.
- GATOR BLOCK BOND XP LOW VOC polyurethane adhesive forms a tenacious bond overnight. Cure time varies with temperature, humidity, and the porosity of the materials joined.
- Clean all tools and equipment immediately after use with mineral solvent or an equivalence. Cured material must be mechanically removed.
- Proper application is the responsibility of the user.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
DIRECTIONS:
- A. Always refer to the latest GATOR BLOCK BOND XP LOW VOC Technical Data Sheet (TDS) at AllianceGator.com before installing GATOR BLOCK BOND XP LOW VOC.
B. Make sure that the surfaces you are bonding together are clean. - Cut the spout and puncture a hole in the cartridge with a nail.
- Using a caulking gun, apply GATOR BLOCK BOND ADHESIVE on the clean surfaces. If GATOR BLOCK BOND ADHESIVE is used with GATOR XTURF, apply in a serpentine pattern over GATOR XTURF Seam Tape for XTRA performance and permanent adhesion.
- Join the two surfaces firmly, use twisting motion. GATOR BLOCK BOND ADHESIVE works at above-freezing temperatures. Material may be repositioned up to 30 minutes without losing bond strength. Moisture will shorten the open time of polyurethane adhesives. Avoid use when raining or onto standing water. Coverage: Provides approximately 30 linear feet of 1/4” bead with a 10 oz tube. and 84 linear feet with a 28 oz tube
